Well, I don't know where to begin so I'll start off by saying God is Good and I want to give Him praise for allowing me to be able to have some more time with family and friends.  I am a walking miracle and again I just want to give God the praise.

I went into the hospital for a triple bypass which was to take around 7 days; however, after 21 days in ICU and 50 lbs. lighter, I moved to a hospital room.  I want to thank everyone that came by to visit me during my hospital stay, even though some of the time I was not aware that you were there.  I also want to thank all those in our church and the surrounding churches for prayers for me and especially for my family while going through this ordeal.  Also thanks for those who sent cards and food when we came home from the hospital; it was great food even though I could not eat as much as I wanted.

I cannot express enough for the prayers for me and my family during this time.  I knew I was in good hands because of the prayer warriors we have in our church as well as surrounding churches.

God is not through with me and it will be exciting to see how he will use me in the future.

• 21 days in ICU
• 7 days in hospital room
• 2 1/2 months of dialysis
• 7 days second trip to hospital for blood clots in my leg

I would have to say now that I am a fan of texting.  When Gary was in the hospital, I tried to send out a daily text informing my family as well as church family and friends from out of state, on his daily progress.  God places people in my path daily to fill me with His presence.  I cannot express how grateful and thankful that we have such a wonderful church support group.
